Welcome to the Neta Residence. It is such a pleasure to have you here.
Whether you are spending one night, one week or one month, the Neta Residence is an excellent choice.

This directory is designed to provide you with information concerning our services, facilities and nearby attractions. We hope if is helpful to you during your stay.

You can find information about our residence for below;

  1. We would like to inform you that our cleaning service is once in a 2 days. If you would like your room to be clean every 2 days please make sure ‘’Clean My Room Button’’ is open on your door.
  2. We do not enter your room everyday. Therefor please leave your trash in front of your room door before 3:00 pm every day. If you leave your trash before 3:00 pm our colleague will take every day.
  3. If your room has not be cleaned and you see paper for your information on your door please contact with reception.
  4. Our management is not responsible for your lost items in the room. You can find safe box in gardrop. Please keep your valuable items in the safebox in your room.
  5. You can call the reception 24/7 from the number 100 or you can send message via whats app to +90 5396134717.
  6. We have cafe at the lobby floor. Our cafe open between 08:00 am and 11:00 pm for the week days and between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm for the weekend.
  7. Damage caused by the use of the stove to burn hookah coal is claimed by you. Please ask material to burn hookah charcoal from reception.
  8. You can call the reception for a different pillow  and quilt option than the one in your room. (To call Reception please dial 100)
  9. If you would like to have breakfast plate in your room you can order from reception. One day before the day you would like to have breakfast,you can send a message to our whats app number which is +90 5396134717 with your room number and breakfast quantity untill 11 pm.Breakfast plate price is 25 € per person. We will serve your breakfast plate to your room the day you would like to have breakfast between 9 am and 9.30 am. Please be ready to have your breakfast plate between that times.
